Goalkeeper - ASMIR BEGOVIC (BOURNEMOUTH)
The Bournemouth goalkeeper was the highest scoring goalkeeper on Yahoo! Fantasy Football last weekend and it should come as no surprise we have picked the Bosnian this time around given the Cherries travel to league strugglers Swansea this weekend.
Swansea have failed to score in three of their last four and are currently on a five-game losing streak in all competitions. Bournemouth, meanwhile, have won four of their last five and are now gathering momentum heading into the festive period.
Defender - CHRIS SMALLING (MANCHESTER UNITED)
With Eric Bailly and Phil Jones set to miss out again this weekend, Chris Smalling will continue at the heart of Manchester United’s solid defence. Jose Mourinho’s side have only conceded once at home in the league all season and will be eyeing another clean sheet when they welcome Brighton on Saturday.
Smalling came out defiantly after being axed from the England squad by Gareth Southgate and the 28-year-old will want to put in another good performance on Saturday.
Defender - CHARLIE DANIELS (BOURNEMOUTH)
Bournemouth should be confident of keeping a clean sheet this weekend and it’s always beneficial to get defenders in your XI that are capable goal threats at the other end of the pitch.
Charlie Daniels is just that for Bournemouth. The 31-year-old has played a direct hand in 17 Premier League goals over the last three seasons and should always come into consideration when scouring the market for a cheap defender.
Defender - MARCOS ALONSO (CHELSEA)
Marcos Alonso is another goalscoring defender, having netted more goals than any other Premier League defender since the start of last season (9). Fans mocked the signing of Alonso at the time, but the Spaniard has proven a shrewd investment for Antonio Conte’s side.
Midfielder - ASHLEY YOUNG (MANCHESTER UNITED)
Ashley Young’s stunning resurgence will reportedly culminate in a new deal at Old Trafford and you can’t argue with that based on the form he has shown for Mourinho’s side this season.
The 32-year-old is the highest WhoScored rated left-back (7.35) in the Premier League this season and has registered three assists in 10 appearances in all competitions.
Eden Hazard marginally edges this one with 32% of the vote! Our @YahooFantasy_UK XI will be out later today https://t.co/inKJdRuhav

Midfielder - EDEN HAZARD (CHELSEA)
Eden Hazard believes his long injury lay off over the summer was a blessing in disguise and you’d have to agree off the back of some fantastic performances from the Chelsea ace.
The Belgium international has now played a direct hand in eight goals in his last seven Chelsea appearances (six goals, two assists), earning the WhoScored Man of the Match four times in that period. Not only that, but against no English side has Hazard scored more goals against than Liverpool (5) in his career.
Midfielder - ERIC DIER (TOTTENHAM)
Tottenham will be buoyed by their 2-1 win away to Borussia Dortmund on Tuesday and full of confidence ahead of their meeting with managerless West Brom. The Baggies have only won two of their last 21 Premier League matches and could be on the receiving end of a spanking at Wembley.
Eric Dier provides a cheap option in a side that looks destined to rack up some big points on Yahoo! Fantasy Football, freeing up funds to strengthen your offensive options.
Midfielder - WILFRIED ZAHA (CRYSTAL PALACE)
The return of Wilfried Zaha has given Crystal Palace fans the boost they were crying out for after their miserable start to the season.
The Ivory Coast international has scored three goals in six Premier League appearances this season, earning Palace four crucial points in the process. Without his goals, the Eagles would be on one point and nine adrift of safety.
Utility - RICHARLISON (WATFORD)
Few had heard of Richarlison when Watford spent £11.5m on his signature but now the likes of Tottenham are reportedly queuing up for his signature after four impressive months in England.
The Brazilian has played a direct hand in six goals in six away league performances this season, while only Harry Kane (8.31) has a higher WhoScored rating than the 20-year-old (8.02) away from home in England’s top tier.
Striker - MOHAMED SALAH (LIVERPOOL)
There is arguably no one hotter in the Premier League right now than Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah, who is now the leading goalscorer in England’s top flight (9 goals).
The Egypt international faces former side Chelsea this weekend and will have something to prove against his former employers. The Yahoo! top-20 rated forward has played a direct hand in 10 goals in his last seven appearances in all competitions for Liverpool and Chelsea will have a tough time keeping him quiet this weekend.
Striker - CALLUM WILSON (BOURNEMOUTH)
If you’re looking for someone in better form than Salah, Wilson will run him close after earning more Yahoo! Fantasy Football points than any other Premier League player in Gameweek 12.
The 23-year-old has fought back from two long spells on the sidelines and all of that hard work bore fruit with a devastating hat-trick against Huddersfield last weekend. Of the three hat-tricks that have been scored by Bournemouth players in the Premier League, Wilson has been responsible for two of them and he will eye more goals away to strugglers Swansea on Saturday.
