Prediction

  • Arsenal made it three Premier League wins in a row with a late double from Mikel Merino at Leicester last weekend.
  • The Gunners have seen Liverpool drop points at Everton and Aston Villa in the last fortnight, and could move to five points behind the league leaders with a win here.
  • West Ham's stuttering start under new boss Graham Potter continued last weekend, with a disappointing defeat at home to Brentford.
  • The Hammers have now won just one of six matches under the former Chelsea coach, and don't look likely to add a victory here.
  • Arsenal have put 11 goals past West Ham in their last two meetings, and despite key absentees, should have the firepower to take the points.

  • Arsenal Win

  • Arsenal 2-0

  • Crazy bad luck with injuries on 4 attacking players. They got no striker at all. Hate to see it. Still, Arsenal is good enough to find a way to win this.

  • @RedLei To be fair it would be much worse to have all of your centre backs injured.

  • Arsenal win. While they are missing four attackers, they should be able to score twice or more here. West Ham are in bad form and have conceded 47 goals so far in the Premier League this season. Unlike in Arsenal's previous game against Leicester, Trossard should start on the left wing rather than as a striker, and Sterling should start on the bench.
