If Gvardiol is the best man on the pitch for City that tells a lot. It is just the end of the beautiful era for players like KDB, Gundo, Stones, Silva. These players will never be on the same level, unfortunately. Is not just about Rodri. City badly needs changes.
if you cannot keep a lead in your stadium for 6 minutes, there is something clinically wrong with the team. Just shows how much city depended on Rodri and why he was the clear balon d'or winner.
@LM10GOAT Conceding once is whatever, it's RM with elite strikers. But gifting 2 goals like that, is simply unacceptable by any top team in such a short time span, especially in the last few minutes of a game. And it's happening to City over and over.
Manchester City's performance this season proves why Rodri deserved the Balon d'or and not Vini. Even before that their record with/without him starting was absurd, now its tragi-comical.
I mean I know City are master bottlers, but they still manage to surprise me at how easily they can throw away games in minutes. Shocking ending to the game.
@Elijah4 Yepp, Bernardo Silva should have been history long time ago: actually, I would have sold him instead of Mahrez for sure. Gundogan and Guardiola surely don't get along ever since he came back to the team (he never plays). I cannot Fathom why Foden, the most talented and most dynamic player in addition to Haaland, is on the bench for this game. The role of the City defense is absolutely questionable, with the big and slow defenders constantly freaking out the fans while venturing forward and pretending to be attacking midfielders, when they don't even have the technical ability of a normal defender. In fact, if I were Ancelotti, I would probably apply constant pressing upfield and by producing tunovers I would generate many counterattacks and consequent goals and I could knock out City before it realises it.
@Elijah4 Marbella shares his irrelevant stats with religious fervour before every single game so that we know why he is losing so much while betting! LOL
@Zoltan In the past betting has given me a very healthy income to live in an exclusive part of Marbella.Again 80 per cent horses and 20 per cent football.
@Zoltan I make most of my money from horse racing and have part ownership with 5 horses in thr UK.Zoltan is just a troll but i am stopping posting from tonight.
@Marbella Thank You! Even without your posts we have so many problems with the betting Maffia comprised of Team Owners (Arab Gulf Countries owners represent the new wave!), UEFA, FIFA, and the mediocre coaches who are actually preferred by the team owners who practically bet against their own teams by actually not betting, but being on the board of these filthy rich betting companies who kill the beauty of this wonderful game called football. That stats at this time were with you my friend, but I was absolutely disgusted on how poorly Mbappe plays for Real Madrid. I mean why the hell did they need him in Real Madrid in the first place? I am not at awe with Vinicius and Rodrigo either, but Mbappe is nowhere near those two. Then, there is that poor thing called Arda Guler, an extremely talented Turkish guy warming the bench for years already, much like Odegaard was once upon a time. Why??? These people also have poor management because they are wasting their youth as benchwarmers of RM.
@Marbella They were already struggling defensively without Carvajal, now even his questionable substitute Vazquez is gone. City should be favourites, but they are also the king of bottling, so..
@DanInter Manchester City is the most ridiculous big money team (thanks to anti-coaching talent Guardiola) who surpassed even PSG in its ridiculousness. Just think about it: they managed to convert even the world's highest scoring attacker, Haaland, into a mediocre forward. I don't even understand the lad: if I were him, I would leave that garbage called City immediately, as it devalues me continuously as a forward.
RealVARdrid is playing without defense , Rudiger Injured and Militao , Alaba , Carvajal, and the legendary Lucas Vazques, they are playing with Tchouameni as center back and he is a midfielder, Valverde as a right back and he is a midfielder, only Asencio as a real center defender , and this kid is young and lacks some experience especially in big matches, its Obvious Man city can dominate this match and win the 1st leg. PERIOD
When looking at this game, I cannot help it but say a few words about the biggest idiot coach on the Planet who was willing to sell the currently most unpredictable player there is, Ryad Mahrez (someone, whom Guardiola could regularly turn to in case everyone was flat and Mahrez always rose to the challenge, scoring incredible individual goals, or making amazing assists). Who do we have instead, you may ask? Well, we do have a permanently injured DeBruyne, who leaves his confidence in the locker room even when he looks physically fit (he never is, after his brutal injuries). Also, we have a flat, burned out, unmotivated Bernardo Silva, who responded to his increased responsibility with the departure of Mahrez, by deciding to just pick up his gigantohorrendous weekly salary, much like his Portuguese alibi man compatriot in Manchester United, called Bruno Fernandes. And let's not forget about the slowest defense in the world, stripped of the reliability of Ruben Dias and Rodri.

@LM10GOAT City knew how to play even before Rodri joined the club. The last years transfers were just worse and worse.

HalaFcukinMadrid!!!!
Sometime i feel bad for pep
Poor Aguero lost his balls
I mean I know City are master bottlers, but they still manage to surprise me at how easily they can throw away games in minutes. Shocking ending to the game.
I think the keeper for the next match in Madrid should be Ortega.
HALA MADRID Y NADA MAS!
Oh my god what is Ederson doing?!?
@Telly Reminding everybody why Allison is Brazil's choice keeper..
What we already knew - Ederson is average at best without an extremely gifted holding midfielder cleaning everything up
Vinicius has been quite poor so far in his 1v1s
1-0
I don't know if this 2-4-4 formation can be sustained until the end, but it's nice to see the return of the false full-back.
Valverde at right back is a liability. His instincts are all wrong. Should have played Fran Garcia there, at least he is a back.
Missing a 2-3 shots that hit the post, Akanji and Vinicius for two
Stones in midfield, Foden on the bench. 1-3
Haaland TSA +110 / Junior +230 TSA
Game to be abandoned five minutes in. Prawns not properly defrosted.
@Camberwick What???
The first win for Madrid at Etihad
It is an under 2.5 with 0-2 victory
Man City to destroy Madrid. Marmoush might get his first goal
@GoldenChest BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
@GoldenChest That is next to impossible.
I don't see any chance whatsoever for the citizens to win this game. With this lazy and sluggish midfield.

@Zoltan Gundogan doesn`t play because when he does, he plays like s**t.
@Zoltan Why do you hate Man City so much ?
@Marbella Why not?
8 of MC previous 9 matches have featured 4 or more goals.
@Marbella Stats were right Zoltan -)
@Marbella Although that history exists, city will lose the game with under 2.5

Real Madrid will be without five experienced defensive player options.
@Marbella They were already struggling defensively without Carvajal, now even his questionable substitute Vazquez is gone. City should be favourites, but they are also the king of bottling, so..

@Delpiero69 Manchester City players could not dominate even themselves in the toilette, given the chance! LOL
@Zoltan lol

BTTS / O2.5

@Marbella Bet wins Zoltan -)
@Marbella nice work!
both teams to score in both halves
@FF2021 are you sure?
Both teams are struggling a bit. I'm thinking draw!
@StickandMove Madrid are top of La Liga and have won 12 of their last 14 games in all competitions, that's a funny definition of struggling.
@Dobbo25 I'm talking all season mate. For example, they had thejr @sses whooped 2 times against Barca
